He truly went above and beyond to help passengers.

Yesterday, I bumped into him again. We had a chat, took a selfie, and it completely lifted what had been a long day.

It made me reflect on the fact sometimes the best moments come from simply saying thank you or telling someone when they've made a difference.

You never know when those small connections might circle back and make you smile.
