Smiles all round after an all-day workshop with a client

It was a great day - fun AND we left with clarity on the way forward.
Last week, 7DOTS and Nalla, ran an all-day session for a FTSE100 client, using our proprietary Waymaking process.
The definition of Waymaking says it all: "creating a path or solution through difficulty, uncertainty, or a lack of a clear way forward".
During the day, we moved from exploration of a complex challenge, to using first-principle thinking to find innovation, clarity and confidence, and then to form a prioritised roadmap.
Long days can be draining when they don't make a difference.
But the feedback from everyone in the room was incredible.
People left feeling more aligned, more confident, and more excited.
The workshop isn't an isolated event, it's a snapshot version of the process we use to make transformation happen.
When you design a workshop like a mini-project (inputs, structured thinking, outputs, owners) it becomes proof of what is possible.
And using first-principles thinking early on, stops problems surfacing later which can cause your project to fail.
Investing in the upfront work always pays back, not only in confidence and speed, but ultimately in the successful outcome of the project.
What follows after the workshop will build on what was achieved on the day: Direction, challenges to address, a roadmap, priorities, KPIs, clear stakeholder owners, milestones, and next steps.
The smiles come naturally when things are moving in the right direction.
Amazing team effort Bethan Thomas, Gabriela Coroa, Louise Colman, Alice Saunders, Annabel Pearce, Vicki Young.
Whilst we can't talk about the client or project yet... watch this space.
How do you ensure your workshops lead to value and change, not just good photos?
Are you facing a complex challenge in the digital world? We'd love to help you find clarity and confidence, and create an effective plan to move forward.
