I needed this run this morning!

Founder life and leadership1 min readSam Page

Sticking to my usual routine while travelling, especially on a Monday morning, makes all the difference!

I always try to go for an early run or walk when I’m away travelling for 7DOTS. Not only is it nice to explore a new location to orientate myself, but I find it massively helps me balance the excitement (and nerves) of what is usually a big day ahead.

Travel tip... wear your running trainers while you are travelling. Super comfy and avoids having the pack them!

Do you have any tips for Monday mornings / travelling to get the day started in the right way?
